Optimal Automatics are the original pioneers and manufacturers of the Autodoner, the most efficient and dependable vertical broiler in the world for the Gyros, Shawarmas and Al Pastors. Our vertical broilers are designed to be simple, dependable and durable to deliver crisp and juicy product. This is achieved by using the exact ratio of heat intensity and revolutions per minute to ensure that the meat product is prepared to be crisp outside and juicy inside.

The Autodoner is made in the United States with the highest grade stainless steel, and heavy duty cast aluminum burners to produce high infra red heat. They are available in gas and electric. Gas models have capacities of 25 lbs, 35 lbs, 45 lbs, 65 lbs, and 85 lbs (from 20,000 BTU’S up to 45,000 BTU’S). Electric models have meat capacities of 12 lbs, 25 lbs and 65 lbs. They are available in 220V/50HZ/1PH.
