DXM-SS-PIP Press in Pan
Eliminate excessive dough handling with the Press-In-Pan line of dough presses from doughXpress®. Now pressing, topping and baking the pizza dough is all done in the same pan which cuts down on time and human error. Custom heated platens can be made to fit virtually any size of pizza baking pan. With the center platen guide technology, the pan slides onto the lower platen and is perfectly centered under the heat platen every time. Press-In-Pan is available on the DXA-SS, DXE-SS and the DXM-SS line of presses.
