- Grates include anti-clogging shield to protect the pilot from debris and grease
- Control knobs are durable and cool-to-the-touch
Griddle
- Highly polished ¾” steel plate has a 21″ plate depth
- Burners have 20,000 BTU output and are located every 12″ for even heating
- Large 3″ wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning
- Manual controls are standard; thermostatic controls are optional
Raised Griddle with Broiler

- Two 20,000 BTU burners provide even heat across the plate and also broils products in the lower section
