Cooking Features
Burner System
- Infra-red burners provide efficient, even, and high-powered radiant heat
- Infra-red burner is covered by a screen to protect infra-red tiles
- Continuous pilot for instantaneous ignition
- Individual gas controls are located on the left and the right of the Salamander(Except on PSB-24)
- Gas Valves are adjustable
- 25,000 BTU for PSB-24
- 40,000 BTU for PSB-36
Broiler Grid
- Broiler surface raises and lowers into four secure positions
- Spring loaded Broiler surface allows for easy adjustment
- Rack assembly rolls out 10” for easy loading and unloading
- Large capacity broiler surface is designed for high production cooking during peak hours
- Full-width, removable crumb tray for easy cleaning
